Bob is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in retail, multifamily, office and industrial real estate. He specializes in  market analysis, site selection, LOI, lease negotiation and acquisitions. His career began at Self Esteem Brands, the parent company of Anytime Fitness, alongside Beckie Schultz where they played a crucial role in brand development across the Southern and Western United States respectively.

For the past four years, Bob has been instrumental in managing acquisitions for Tri City Equity Group, contributing to the addition of over 750 multifamily units to their portfolio. Currently, he serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate at Omega Fitness Holdings, the second-largest Anytime Fitness franchisee in North America. Under his leadership, the company is on track to add over 70 new locations this year with plans to add 250 more over the next four years. Bob has also been a small business owner since 2021 when he opened an Anytime Fitness franchise located in Fort Smith, AR.

Bob recently co-founded B & B Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage in Minnesota, with his longtime friend and business partner Beckie Schultz. At B & B Advisors, he brings his extensive experience, vision and deal making ability to all client transactions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bob is a devoted husband and father. He is a proud follower of Jesus, embracing life with positivity and gratitude in every moment.

 Beckie is an accomplished real estate professional with a robust history of expertise spanning the Midwest, Western states of the United States, and Western Canada. She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from an American Bar Association-approved program and possesses a Broker’s License. Beckie excels in market analysis, buyer and tenant representation, commercial real estate, lease negotiations, employee mentoring and management, customer service, and franchising.

With over a decade of experience, she is well-versed with assisting tenants with new leases, lease renewals, renegotiations, and relocations, ensuring optimal site procurement and negotiations.

Beckie is dedicated to mentoring and leading real estate coordinators and deal makers, fostering their professional growth. She prides herself on her desire and ability to educate tenants on process, understanding negotiations and managing expectations. Because of this she has been recognized by BestAgents.us, naming her a 2023 Top Real Estate Professional.

She recently co-founded B & B Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage in Minnesota, with her longtime friend and business partner Bob Folsom.
